ART DIRECTOR – EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT
You’re a great conceptual thinker – working alongside a superstar copywriter, you’ll contribute to creative development and conceptual thinking on client briefs and develop a diverse range of compelling ideas that work strategically as well as aesthetically with the ability to turn a concept into a polished and intelligent response across all mediums.
You have an eye for beauty and can apply your craft to every imaginable medium. We’re looking for an experienced Art Director that can crack a social first campaign idea and then write a mean rationale for our latest killer logo or brand design concept. You bring simple, gorgeous design to print, digital, eDM, landing pages, stretching through to video and data visualisations with an eye for detail and amazing CX.
As Art Director, you’ll be responsible for the creation and delivery of design and comms projects for both AFFINITY’s clients and our own brands, ensuring the highest creative standards across all. You’re a key team member who believes in the power of ideas and design to communicate and can create beautifully crafted brand experiences across both physical and digital platforms. As part of a lean, but highly experienced team, you’ll be working closely with the ECD, conceptualising work, as well as producing and preparing output in readiness for production.

Design Wiz – You have strong skills and a passion for typography, composition and layout, as well as an eye for detail.
Project Manager – You’ll own and be accountable for assigned projects/brands and manage all aspects from concept to executions. Grace under pressure, you know how to deliver perfection on deadline and budget and love to solve problems on a day-to-day basis.
- As an Art Director in our Creative Team, you’ll be responsible for working directly with strategists, creatives, and SMEs to ensure the effective translation of thinking into high quality initiatives.
- You’ll report into our ECD and be supported by your team, as well as a plethora of subject matter experts.
- Briefs will span a broad cross section of categories and challenges, from beer to beauty, websites to banners: a very different day every day.
