Out of nearly 700 nominated organisations across Australia and New Zealand, AFFINITY was ranked 9th in the Media & Marketing category. A ranking which incidentally also sees AFFINITY recognised as the best full service agency in Australia to work at.
We’re very proud to have the commitment to our team and our culture recognised in this forum. Because as you’d know, we’re all about rigour, and these awards are one of the most rigorous going around. Not only has the assessment methodology been developed by Australia’s leading Behavioural Science consultancy, Inventium, it’s all underpinned by a framework built on ten key factors that are critical to employee motivation and engagement.
We’ve got plenty more to learn and continue improving but this is such a fantastic cue that we’re heading in the right direction.
