AFFINITY was lucky enough to come away with four finalist entries in the AMEs in New York.

Work That Works: AME Finalists

As anyone who’s been on site or talked to us will know realised, we’re all about work that delivers a measurable outcome that drives business success. In that vein, we’ve had some exciting news from across the ditch last night – we’ve been named as finalists in the American Marketing Effectiveness awards, or the AMEs.

We’ve been nominated in four different categories for our “Have A Little Adventure” campaign for the Central Coast:

  • Best Use of Discipline: Branding
  • Best Use of Discipline: Media Planning
  • Products and Services: Travel & Tourism
  • Best Use of Discipline: Integrated (multiple mediums)

We’re big fans of the AMEs, and the weight they place on all the important aspects of effective work: strategic planning, creative execution, and measurable results. Their schtick is to “honour work that demonstrates ground-breaking solutions to challenging marketing problems”.

So, we can’t wait until mid-May when the winners will be announced. It’ll likely be a more subdued, socially-distanced awards ceremony, but we are honoured to be in such great company of other highly effective and ground-breaking work.
