What you’ll do
- Shape strategy with the Digital Director, translating objectives into channel-specific plans and clear KPIs
- Launch and optimise campaigns across search, social, programmatic and display, always on time and on budget
- Mine dashboards and tests for the story behind the numbers, then share recommendations clients act on
- Solve problems fast, using methodical testing to lift performance and efficiency
- Keep clients informed and confident, working closely with Strategy, Creative, Tech and Finance to deliver seamless results
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years managing paid search, social, display and programmatic campaigns
- Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, DV360, Meta Business Manager and Google Analytics
- A knack for turning data into plain-English insights and next steps
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for quick, accurate analysis
- Clear, confident communication and a solutions-first mindset
